Gas E Plumbing is a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating business. Our registration number is 542461 and our registered address is Belenoyd Court, 77 Leigham Court Road, London, SW16 2NY.

These terms govern use of gaseplumbing.com and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of This Website

This website provides information and allows service enquiries. You must not use it unlawfully, fraudulently, to send unsolicited commercial communications, to gain unauthorised access, or to disrupt the website.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a contract. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may be subject to a site survey. We may revise a quote if property conditions differ materially from the enquiry.

4. Our Services

Gas work is performed by Gas Safe registered engineers in compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 and applicable UK legislation. A CP12 certificate applies only to the appliances and installations inspected at the time of the visit.

Where unforeseen additional work is identified, we will notify you before proceeding and agree additional costs.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at booking. For most residential jobs, payment is due on completion unless a written schedule has been agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, or card.

6. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Liability for work is limited to the cost of that work, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, which cannot be limited by law.

7. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Materials ordered specifically for a job may be charged if cancelled without reasonable notice. Emergency callout fees may apply when an engineer is in transit or on site.

8. Intellectual Property

Website text, images, design, and layout belong to Gas E Plumbing or its content suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page, and continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms.
